Messina Hof Pumpkin Cheesecake Filling

Servings 2 cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Messina Hof Orange Muscat
  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 cups pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Whip cream cheese until smooth

  2. Add sugar and mix until well blended

  3. Add rest of ingredients, except cinnamon and pumpkin, and mix until incorporated

  4. Split mix in half

  5. Add 2 tbsp cinnamon and 4 cups pumpin to one half mix

  6. Pour into crust, alternating fillings, and bake as directed

Messina Hof Pumpkin Cheesecake Crust

Servings 2 cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 1/4 pounds chocolate cookie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and combine with crumbs and sugar

  2. Spray a spring form pan with non-stick cooking spray and press crumbs into pan

  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F

  4. Let crust cool slightly

  5. Pour filling into pans alternating fillings

  6. Bake in water bath at 325 degrees F until firm

  7. Cool
