Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups artichoke hearts
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach wilted and chopped
  • 3 tsp Messina Hof Mama Rosa Rose’ wine
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp minced fresh chives
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Pinch fresh thyme
  • 1 Pinch Ancho Ground Pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until soft
  2. Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl once to ensure the cream cheese is well blended

Recipe Notes

Served with grilled pita bread and crackers.
