Whole Grain Mustard Roasted Cauliflower


  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ½ cup Messina Hof whole grain German Spicy Riesling mustard
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil


  1. Boil the entire head of cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes
  2. Remove drain and cool slightly on cooling rack
  3. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and brush over the cauliflower
  4. Roast in a oven safe dish in 375 degree oven for 15- 20 minutes till tender
  5. Serve
