Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese softened; 1 ½ cup sour cream; 2 cups artichoke hearts; 1 tbsp chopped garlic; 1 ½ cups baby spinach wilted and chopped; ¼ Messina Hof Mama Rosa Rose’ wine; ¼ salt; ¼ black pepper; 3 minced fresh chives; 2 minced fresh parsley; 1 Pinch fresh thyme; 1 Pinch Ancho Ground Pepper

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese softened
1 ½ cup sour cream
2 cups artichoke hearts
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 ½ cups baby spinach wilted and chopped
¼ Messina Hof Mama Rosa Rose’ wine
¼ salt
¼ black pepper
3 minced fresh chives
2 minced fresh parsley
1 Pinch fresh thyme
1 Pinch Ancho Ground Pepper

Instructions

Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until soft
Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth
Scrape down the sides of the bowl once to ensure the cream cheese is well blended

Notes

Served with grilled pita bread and crackers.
