Asparagus comes from a word meaning sprout. Try growing a low flat decorative container of grass or alfalfa sprouts (or buy one).
If you celebrate at Easter, you can add some beautifully decorated eggs on the bed of sprouts or grass. Decorated eggs are a common decor in other countries. If you have a collection, share it and share the stories of your travel. My mother collected colorful marble eggs which would lay nicely on the grass.
