Spinach Artichoke Dip


  • 8 oz  cream cheese softened
  • 1 ½ cup  sour cream
  • 2 cups  artichoke hearts
  • 1 tbsp   chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups  baby spinach wilted and chopped
  • 3 tsp  Messina Hof Mama Rosa Rose’ wine
  • 1/4 tsp  salt
  • ¼  ¼  black pepper
  • 3 tsp  minced fresh chives
  • 2 tsp  minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Pinch  fresh thyme
  • 1 Pinch  Ancho Ground Pepper


  • Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until soft
  • Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth
  • Scrape down the sides of the bowl once to ensure the cream cheese is well blended


Served with grilled pita bread and crackers.
