Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups artichoke hearts
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach wilted and chopped
- 3 tsp Messina Hof Mama Rosa Rose’ wine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- ¼ ¼ black pepper
- 3 tsp minced fresh chives
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 Pinch fresh thyme
- 1 Pinch Ancho Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in the mixer until soft
- Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl once to ensure the cream cheese is well blended

Served with grilled pita bread and crackers.
