Biscotti is a dessert that has loving history for my family, and is a treat that pairs beautifully at the end of any big meal.  Biscotti means “twice baked” reflecting the unique double baking technique that gives it its signature structure and crunch.
– Tip: Only bake your beautiful biscotti once for a more chewy texture that still maintains beautiful density.
Biscotti can have a number of flavors added with ease, such as chocolate, nuts, dried fruit, citrus peel, coconut, vanilla, and more.
Biscotti is great to dip in coffee, but even better to dip into port wine.
