Blackberry Crisp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Blackberries hulled and rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 3 Tbsp AP flour
  • ½ cup MH port
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ lb cubed cold butter
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. • In a bowl mix together the berries/sugar/ flour/port

    • In a separate bowl mix together the oats/flour/brown sugar/cinnamon

    • Cut in the cold butter with a fork till you have pea-size pieces of dough

    • Divide the berries between four individual dishes, then top with the crumb topping

    • Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes till bubbling

    • Serve with vanilla ice cream
